Porini Lion Camp 2 Nights/ 3 Days Masai Mara Flying Safari from Nairobi offers you an opportunity to explore Masai Mara while sleeping under canvas but in luxurious conditions! Porini Lion Camp is located in the exclusive 20,000 acre Olare Orok Conservancy.

This expansive conservancy, which borders the Masai Mara Game Reserve, is home to an abundance of animals including the Big Cats for which the Mara is famous. With 10 luxury guest tents the camp is very exclusive, giving you a real ‘in the bush’ experience.

Porini Lion Camp tents are very spacious and have private verandahs along the length of the tent, providing a secluded and private 'space' for you to relax and enjoy the beauty of this African wilderness. Each tent has en-suite bathrooms with flush toilets and hot showers.

Depart Nairobi Wilson Airport at 10 am for your 50 minute flight into the heart of the Masai Mara National Reserve.

You'll be met at the airstrip by your safari guide from Porini Lion Camp in open-sided 4x4 safari vehicle to transfer to Porini Lion Camp in the adjacent Olare Orok Conservancy, arriving in time for lunch.

In the afternoon you will go on a game drive in Olare Orok Conservancy, stopping for a sundowner at a scenic viewpoint, followed by a night game drive to look for nocturnal animals. Return to Porini Lion Camp for dinner and overnight.

Awake at dawn to the natural sounds of Masai Mara's bird life. After an early breakfast you will have a full day "on safari" in the Mara Reserve with a picnic lunch, on the lookout for the Big Cats.

Return to Porini Lion Camp in the late afternoon for a shower, dinner and overnight.

Early morning walk with Masai warriors or game drive in the Conservancy, followed by breakfast. Then depart on the flight back to Nairobi, arriving around 12.15 pm.

* Child rates apply to one child (aged 8 to 16 years) sharing a tent with 2 adults
* A child sharing with 1 adult pays the child rate and the adult is charged as a Single

* Exclusive Use of Vehicle: private use of the open sided 4x4 safari vehicle during game drive: 375 US Dollars per vehicle per day

* Late Departure: (after 12 Noon): 125 US Dollars per person, minimum 2 people (includes lunch, soft drinks and activities before departure in the late afternoon)

* Christmas & New Year Supplement: 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec & 1 Jan: 40 US Dollars per person per night.

* Extra Night rate: the package prices shown include one visit into the Masai Mara National Reserve. The Extra Night rate includes drives / activities in the conservancy. Extra visits to the National Reserve can be arranged but extra entrance fee payable (80 US Dollars per person per day/45 US Dollars per child per day)
