Salt Springs Mara Camp is about 5 hours by road from Nairobi through Narok- Ngorengore - Lemek road. By Air from Nairobi, it's a 45 Minutes flight to Musiara Airstrip and a transfer time of about 25 Minutes to the Camp. Salt Springs Mara Camp can also be accessed via Kichwa Tembo Airstrip which is about 30 Minutes drive away)

Salt Springs Mara Camp is located on the north western side of the Great Mara Ecosystem overlooking Ololoolo escarpment on the bank of the Mara River shortly before the Mararianta Bridge. Salt Springs Mara Camp is run and owned by the local Masai people in the larger Mara Eco System. The camp is accessed by road from Nairobi through Narok-Ngorengore-Lemek Road and the driving time takes about 5 hours.

Salt Springs Mara Camp has five spacious en- suite tents with verandas. All the tents are decorated with unique Masai outfits and are placed under shade offering sufficient privacy to enjoy an authentic bush camping experience in total luxury. The camp will soon increase the tents to not more than 10 as a sure way of maintaining the quality as well as protecting the environment. Salt Springs Mara Camp sits on top of a hill, giving guests a fantastic view of the Mara/wildlife from the restaurant and also from the guest's tent. The restaurant offers views of resident Hippos and other animals as they visit the famous salt spring.

Salt Springs Mara Camp restaurant is very spacious with a large veranda hanging above the rocky cliff offering the best panorama view of the Mara River and Mara Plains. The restaurant offers the following services:

Salt Springs Mara Camp has an option for all inclusive (meals, drinks and accommodation) package and Non-i inclusive package (Meals and accommodation only) depending on the choice of the guests.

Inclusive accommodation Rates include all varieties of drinks including wines, champagnes, appetizers and cold drinks. Salt Springs Mara Camp Non-Inclusive rates include meals and mineral water in the tent and vehicle while on safari. Drinks can easily be purchased at an extra cost from the bar.
