Indian Summer Cottages & Apartments are for rent in Diani Beach, Mombasa South Coast Kenya. They are beautiful, new luxury fully equipped 2-bedroom cottages and 1-bedroom apartments 400 meters from the Indian Ocean in private compound with large overflow swimming pool and sun beds.

Indian Summer Cottages & Apartments has two properties with the same owners but very different styles. Centrally located near the Diani Beach Post Office (Posta), Indian Summer Cottages & Apartments has 5 self-catering cottages available for rent, plus 6 one-bedroom apartments only 400 metres from the beach. There is also a lovely swimming pool for guests in a garden setting.

Each cottage is two storied, with 2 double bedrooms, kitchen and one bathroom and sleeps 4 people. Each apartment is a studio-type apartment with kitchen, bathroom and one double bedroom, sleeping 2 people. Bedding, sheets, towels and basic kitchen utensils are provided.

An additional bed may be added in the cottages (but not the apartments) at an extra charge of 700 Kenya Shillings per night per adult and 500 Kenya Shillings per night for a child under 12 years. The maximum number of people allowed in a cottage is 6 persons.

Check-in/check-out times
Check in time is 1400 Hours on arrival day and check out time is 1000 Hours on day of departure. Early check in's and late check out's can sometimes be arranged to fit in with your travel plans provided there isn't any clash with another guest arrival or departure.

These requests should be made in advance with African Spice Safaris. A day fee of 50% of the daily rate will apply to each.

Indian Summer Cottages & Apartments Staff:
Indian Summer Self-Catering Cottage and apartment has a kitchen and you only need bring whatever you would like to eat and drink.

Housekeeping services (changing bed linen etc) are provided for bookings longer than 5 days and these are included in the rates quoted. In the event you need additional housekeeping services these are available with payment to the Manager of an additional surcharge of 500 Kenya Shillings per day.

Indian Summer Cottages & Apartments Transport:
African Spice Safaris can arrange a transfer from the Mombasa airport or Railway Station to Indian Summer or to Villa Maisha Marefu if u let us know your arrival time.

From the airport, costs 6,000 Kenya Shillings and a Mini-bus 8,000 Kenya Shillings ; both cost 500/- less from the
railway or bus station. Choose whichever vehicle you need depending on how many are in your group.
