Tsavo Safari Camp is located on the banks of the Galana river, in the northern sector of Tsavo East National Park.

The camp is a 30 minutes drive from Tsavo East Gate, Mtito Andei in Tsavo East National Park.

Tsavo Safari Camp is an oasis that nestles between the bank of the Athi-Galana river and the worlds’ largest lava flow, the Yatta Plateau.

The camp has riverside lantern-lit tents, all simply furnished and comprise of single, double and twin tents. Each tent has mosquito net, closet, work desk and a furnished verandah.

The bathrooms are en-suite. The onsite kitchen prepares creative dishes with interesting and exciting combinations, made from fresh ingredients.

Guests can enjoy their meals in the cozy dining area or under the African sky.

The circular open-air bar is bohemian, unconventional and cool, showing off elements of Africa with an old classic touch.

The bar serves a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks. The outdoor pool is in a beautiful walled garden, with views over to the Yatta Plateau.

This is an ideal place to take a dip in the hot afternoons and also serves as a perfect place latent lit dinner.

There is beautiful well manicured lawn which provides an ideal venue for corporate retreats, weddings, parties and photography. There is spa and guests can participate in yoga.

Activities in Tsavo Safari Camp include night and day game drives, bush breakfasts, sundowners, bird watching, bush walks and village visits.

Activities for children include bow-making, line fishing, croquet, adventure nature walks, painting, swimming, excursions to local schools to play football and meet the local children.
