Lemon Valley Farm Cottages Lake Elementeita is a working farm set on the bushy hillside of Kasambara, bordering Soysambu Conservancy in Elementaita, Kenya.

The farm has panoramic views of Lake Elementeita, and Soy Sambu conservancy below.  It is a working animal farm and boasts a wide collection of farm animals including cows, pigs, goats, chicken, geese, turkey, donkeys and ponies.

The farm offers a rare opportunity for one to enjoy a mix of farm and bush life amidst great tranquility and the abundance of the land’s produce. Enjoy farm fresh hearty meals by our gourmet chef, or roast your own at our fire pit. Feed the geese, cuddle the bunnies, snort with the pigs or ride our donkeys, ponies or hike up the hills.

The farm has the Charlock Cottage which is a 3-room cottage with a total of 5 beds for self-catering cottage. Each one of the units features wide open windows that showcase the panoramic lake views and connect you to the complete natural beauty that the farm overlooks.

All units have decks for outdoors relaxation that are ideal to enjoy the views, the fresh air and unwind your senses. This cottage has a fully kitted kitchenette with fridge and gas stove.

 It has wooden interiors and an aluminum clad exterior, with huge French windows to give maximum advantage of the incredible views and fresh country air.

The elegance of the accommodation is set in the use of materials, colors and textures that are all complemented by the warmth of the wood on the inside. Most of the land is left unspoiled with bushes, shrubs, trees and flowers that guarantee that feeling of being next to nature always.

To suite your holiday needs we offer a variety of choices to fit most preferences from large groups, families and solo travelers; all matched by the exceptional service of our staff.

The Cabins are simple, clean, comfortable and stylish. True country living.  Camping is also available. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the great outdoors. The farm does not serve or encourage the use of alcoholic beverages on the farm.

Lemon Valley Farm Estate has a fully fitted outdoor kitchen, bathroom facilities, free bonfire at our giant fire pit and a selection of farm fresh foods to complete the country side experience.

The Animal Farm offers a great opportunity for children to pet our friendly farm animals. These include ponies, donkeys, cows, goats, pigs, geese, chicken, turkey and rabbits.

Despite the farm feel, Lemon Valley still assures some modern touches like Wi-Fi, a swimming pool and a chic restaurant/meeting space that is creatively put together.

Camping with your own gear without meals – 1,500 Kenya shillings per person per night. Campsite has the following types of accommodation:

Campsite bathrooms and hot showers are communal. There is also a communal kitchen available on special arrangement. All accommodation is self catering, and the above charges do not include any meals.

All guests are welcome to buy their meals ala carte from the Farmhouse restaurant. Buffet meals are also available for 1,200 Kenya shillings per person per meal.

Children below 3 years stay for free. Children between the ages of 4 to 11 years pay half rate
