Acacia Bush House Masai Mara

Acacia House Mara is a holiday home booked on an exclusive basis at the foot of Kipileo Hill in the Olchorro Losoit valley, within the 70,000-acre Mara North Conservancy area bordering the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The house overlooks the famous Rekero waterhole where waterbuck and zebra frequently graze, while lion, leopard, and cheetah prowl the plains of the Mara North Conservancy. 

Acacia House has 1 double room with an en suite bathroom, one attic room, and a double room on the ground floor with a shared bathroom. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms. The living spaces dominate Acacia House beginning with a large, open-air verandah looking out over the famous Ol Chorro waterhole.

This leads into an open-plan dining and seating area complete with a log fire for those cooler nights in the bush. The house comes with a full complement of well-trained and experienced staff at guests’ disposal including a chef, wildlife guide, and house manager as well as your own private vehicle to ensure a seamlessly-run safari experience that delivers the very best the Mara has to offer.

Acacia House is designed for families or groups who want the privacy of their own home in the bush. As the house is exclusive-use property, you’re free to design your own itinerary. Choose to sleep in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast on your deck or head out early to watch the sunrise in the bush. Stay out all day or spend the afternoon lazing around the pool with a cold drink and a good book. 

To the side of the house, raised above the waterhole, there is a pool and a barbecue area which provide a place to relax, dine and socialize between safari expeditions, particularly around sunset. This pool is shared with nearby Mara House.

Acacia House Masai Mara Activities include game drives, bush walks, and Community and cultural visits.

Masai Mara Park Fees

* 100 US Dollars per adult, per night from 1st January to 30th June
* 200 US Dollars per adult, per night from 1st July to 31st December
