Signature House Naivasha Great Rift Valley is a one storey building set up on a quarter acre plot, 2 kilometers from the Naivasha town.

The house is further subdivided into 4 housing units; Canberra 5 bedroom house, Allunga 4 bedroom house, Mia Mia 2 bedroom house and Talini 2 bedroom house.
The Canberra house has a sitting room with sufficient couches that aptly work as sofa beds and has a cozy fireplace. There is a well equipped kitchen and barbecue jikos.
The Allunga house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and features comfortable furnishing with lots of cushioned lounging places and an open plan kitchen, complete with a gas burner.
Mia Mia house accommodates 6 guests and features basic furnishing and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas burner. There are barbecue jikos and an outdoor bonfire.
Talini house has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room so it can accommodate up to 5 guests. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishing with lots of cushioned lounging places.
The houses are on self catering basis or catered basis where guests are welcomed to prepare their own meals or have a cook prepare meals for them.
Each house has a garden which is well tended and cleverly trimmed to give the feel of uninterrupted, natural vegetation. Mature trees, flowers and fruit vines have played a major part in creating an atmosphere that many species of birds love.
