Safari Park Hotel Dinning Experience + Safari Cats Dancers Tour take you to the Safari Park Hotel located only 15 minutes from downtown Nairobi, you will have the unique opportunity to experience the fast pace of the city and escape back to the expanse and serenity of the hotel.

 

Our tour starts at 0600 Hours where you are picked from your hotel or residence and transferred to the to the Safari Park Hotel. The Nyama Choma Ranch Restaurant is open daily 1900 Hours to 2300 Hours.

 

Essentially Kenyan in both atmosphere and cuisine, the Nyama Choma Ranch offers a stunning selection of roasted barbecued meats; sizzling hot, presented on skewers and carved at your table; accompanied with jacket potatoes, crispy salads and tasty dips. Choose from prime Kenyan steak, succulent chicken, traditionally roasted mutton… and sink your teeth into a variety of meats (plenty of vegetarian options too!).

 

With its own stage, state-of-the-art lighting and sound, the Nyama Choma Ranch plays host to Nairobi's premiere cabaret. Commencing their 45-minute performance at 2100 Hours nightly, the Safari Cats are our team of professionally trained and choreographed dancers, whose performances are also eagerly welcomed all over the world.

 

The Safari Cats' dancers and Acrobats stage show is the premiere event in town, and is complemented by the resident live band nightly.

 

After dinner and the show you have a chance to visit the Cats Club, Nightclub to energize you with the region's hottest discotheque or soothes you with the soulful sounds of its contemporary Piano bar. Move on from there to the Kivuli, Kigwa or Casino bars for variety in ambiance and quenching specialties of the house.

 

Later transfer you back to your hotel or residence.

Rare, wild, exotic, captivating, hybrid dance, Nairobi’s outstanding cabaret shows are among the expressions used when describing the Safari Cats Dancers and Acrobats. It is a kaleidoscope of co lour, acrobatics and raw excitement.

 

The fabulous Safari Cats Dancers and Acrobats is a team of professionally trained and choreographed dancers who perform nightly at the Nyama Choma Ranch (9.00 p.m. to 9.45 p.m.) offering live and dynamic performance, a colorful fusion of African cultural and classic dance featuring some spectacular acrobatics and drumming.

 

The Safari Cats dancing troupe was founded in 1992, the show was originally directed by the famous choreographer, Sir Francis Demateau and Emma Carter and is constantly refreshed and updated by our resident choreographer and costume designer; and each new incarnation of music, dance and costume is especially adapted to reflect the changing moods of the season.

 

The music and dance is uniquely themed; Fever dance features a goddess of love from the Egyptian Kingdom who ruled with great power and men were all slaves, Baganda a traditional woman dance emphasizing lets love ourselves and appreciate our beauty.

 

Safari Kenya is a Kenyan nationality unity dance, the dancers are dressed in the Kenyan national flag to show the gracefulness of the country Kenya, it welcomes the audience to Kenya and last but not least is the Finale, a celebration dance after hard work, the dancers rejoice in music after attaining their goals. Every show is amazing!

 

The Safari Cats dancers and acrobats not only perform in the hotel but are on demand and have traveled to many parts of the World due to their unique show, they are appreciated wherever they go.
