Ngulia Safari Lodge Tsavo is a 3-star accommodation in Tsavo West National Park on the Ndawe Escarpment, just below Ngulia Hills, overlooking the Rhino Sanctuary, surrounded by scenic hills. Ngulia Safari Lodge is an approximately 1-hour drive (50km) inside Tsavo West National Park from the Mtito Andei (KWS) gate.

The serenity of the lodge makes it a perfect getaway with a clear view of Mount Kilimanjaro and the scenery. The rustic look of the lodge, delicious meals, and the serene atmosphere make the lodge ideal for retreats, team building, and educational getaways.

The lodge has 52 modern-style interconnecting spacious standard twin, double, or triple-bedded comfortable rooms.  All ensuite with a lounge area, a working station, a balcony with a view of the vast wilderness and floodlit water holes, and attention to detail making the room feel far more than just ‘standard’. Ngulia Safari Lodge Tsavo has 52 standard rooms, all with baths and showers and a balcony with a view of the vast wilderness and floodlit water holes. Each room has either a double bed or a twin bed, mosquito net(s), a work desk, and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

The guestrooms have balconies with a view of the vast wilderness and floodlit water holes. 2 restaurants serve local and international dishes. The main restaurant is built in an open-air style overlooking the watering hole and the expanse of Tsavo West.

The other dining area is called the Leopard Dining Tree where guests may get lucky and enjoy their meals while watching the leopard also feasting, other animals drink water and the birds compete in their melodies.

There are 2 bars, one of which is the Leopard View Bar which opens in the evenings before the arrival of the leopard from the wilderness. Guests can enjoy their meals as they watch the leopard feast, other animals drink water and make love, and the birds compete in their melodies.

There is also an outdoor swimming pool where guests can spend time relaxing and having a dip in the hot Tsavo afternoons. There are conference facilities with state-of-the-art equipment.

Ngulia Safari Lodge Tsavo activities include; game drives, guided nature walks, village visits, and visits to the Mzima Springs, Shetani Lava Flows, Kichwa Tembo cliffs, and Roaring Rocks.

With 20 Black Rhinos having recently been released from the Rhino Sanctuary in the Lodge’s neighborhood; this implies enhanced security and rhinos at our water holes.
