Mara is situated the Siana Conservancy (20,000 acres)
on the North-Eastern edge of the Masai Mara Game Reserve
in Kenya. Leleshwa Camp is currently the only camp in
the Conservation Area. The camp is less than 4 hours
driving time from Nairobi. The closest airstrips are
Siana Springs 30 minutes away & Keekorok Airstrip
about 1.5 and a half away.)

Masai Mara is
an intimate tented camp located on the exclusive Siana
Conservancy adjacent to the world renowned Masai Mara,
regarded as one of the wildlife jewels in Kenya. The
camp charms guests with its warm welcome and rests along
a stream valley overlooking picturesque hills and rolling
plains.

Masai Mara consists of seven well-appointed,
insect-proof bedroom tents. Each tent has a large verandah
with views overlooking the hills and plains. The en-suite
bathrooms are fitted with a flushing toilet and hot
shower. All tents are battery powered. Laundry is provided
on a daily basis.

Mara seven secluded and spacious tents create
an ideal atmosphere to relax, listen to the quiet and
enjoy breathtaking views. Each tent opens out onto a
large verandah and includes a super king size bed and
adjoining bathroom with running water and flushing toilets.
The camp also offers two suites with an adjoining lounge
which are ideal for a romantic honeymoon or for families.

Mara has 2 separate spacious dining & lounge
tents with large verandahs to maximize views. Breakfast
and lunch are served in the dining area or ‘al
fresco’ under the shade of trees and dinner is
served around a large dining table dinner party style.
Private
meals can be arranged on the guest tent verandah or
out in the bush under the stars. Food in the camp is
generally continental style cuisine, which caters to
a variety of dietary requirements.
The
lounge area houses the 240V Charging facilities. At
night, kerosene lanterns bathe the paths with light
and guests are escorted by Masai warriors.

set up in the heart of the Masai Mara Reserve during
the migration season, giving guests a front-row seat
on all of the action.
Leleshwa
Mara Mobile Camp is a proper mobile camp seamlessly
tailored to blend into its environment. The camp is
fully self-contained and transported by lorry to selected
private campsites within the reserve for the use of
the clients that have booked it. When the camp is not
in use, it gets packed down and returned to Leleshwa
Camp for storage. |
