Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge extraordinary setting on the edge of the Mto Wa Mbu escarpment offers panoramic views of the Great Rift Valley and Lake Manyara. Private balconies on each guest room take full advantage of breathtaking vistas of the African wilderness, as do the lounge, restaurant, and infinity swimming pool, which literally seems suspended above the spectacular landscape.

Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge is comprised of 67 spacious luxury rooms with en suite bathrooms. Each Lake Manyara Serena Lodge room has a private veranda and breathtaking views of the shimmering reaches of the flamingo-frosted Lake Manyara.

Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge rooms are housed in circular, double-storey, white-washed ‘rondavels' (traditional circular buildings with conical thatched roofs), which are strung out along the edge of the cliff so as to allow for maximum views.

Each spacious circular room has its own small veranda while the interior décor reflects the blue of the lake and the pink of its flamingos. Behind each bed hangs a spectacular hand-woven rug, while the furnishings and fittings reflect traditional Masai beadwork.

Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge Losimingori Suite overlooks Lake Manyara and has views to Losimingori Mountain, is presented in sky blue and dusky pink, which echo the colors of the lake below. Lake Manyara Serena Lodge circular, closely-thatched rooms echo the traditional Masai Bo ma style of construction whilst featuring a vibrant interior design concept that reflects the Masai people's abiding love of brilliant scarlet-and-indigo checked Shukas (cloaks) and bright yellow, white, blue and orange beadwork.

Perched high above Lake Manyara with endless views over the floor of the Great Rift Valley, the circular dining room and bright murals of the open-air bar area feature fabulous avian inspired frescoes, colorful Masai artifacts and a unique domed basketwork ceiling hung with carved gourds and nest-shaped lanterns.
