a small budget Hotel on the shores of Lake Naivasha
providing a peaceful environment situated only about
45 minutes from Nairobi. In front of the resort is a
mature English garden with giant cactus, lofty trees,
and flowering roses which stretches down to the shores
of the lake.
A
private landing stage enables one to take boat trips
to view the hippos and many birds for which the lake
is famous. A raised platform of the resort permits the
viewing of the hippos when they come out of the water
at night. Lake Naivasha Resort is close to Naivasha
town centre. This resort has a very nice pool and the
rooms are cozy.
Lake
Naivasha Resort has 12 rooms including eight standard
rooms and four executive suites. Rooms are located in
separate cottages that are just a few minutes' walk
from the pool, restaurant and other facilities.
Each
room is en suite and has a small porch to sit on and
look at the gardens. You have the opportunity to choose
from standard rooms, executive rooms or from the resort's
fully furnished self-contained luxury tents.
The resort has a small
restaurant and and separate bar. The menu is basic American
style food; burgers, fish and chips etc.
