Day 1: Kampala – Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park enjoy a Boat Ride
Have an early breakfast and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the magical Rwenzori Mountain range for much of the journey. Travel time from Kampala is about 7 Hours.

After lunch, enjoy the exclusive 2-hour boat cruise on Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of Hippos and many animals will be seen drinking at the water’s edge.

This launch cruise offers an exceptional platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing, ideal for the Uganda safari. The productive bird life is colorful and astonishing with well over 550 resident species.

Day 2: Queen Elizabeth Game – Drive to Kibale Chimpanzee Forest National Park
An early morning game drive in this park provides excellent opportunities to see Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Cape Buffaloes, Elephants, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topis, Bush bucks and many more.

Proceed to Kibale National Park and on the way you will be able to see an impressive view of the Fabled “Mountains of the Moon” that are in your clear view en route Fort Portal. Transfer Time is about 3 Hours.

Day 3: Kibale Chimpanzee Forest (Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Birding)
After Breakfast, we shall move into the Forest, for primate viewing. The activity starts at 8.00 a.m. A half day search for chimpanzees and other primates including Phoestes, Red-Colobus, Blue, Red-tailed and Grey cheeked Mangabeys swinging through the dense forest and birds, butterflies and many small insects.

The guide will provide detailed explanations on not only primates, but also on all the forest’s fauna and flora, ensuring that your walk is both informative and enjoyable.

After lunch, a visit to Bigodi swamp eco tourism site is amazing, as we shall encounter rare and beautiful flora and fauna. This walk is excellent for viewing different bird species like the Great blue Turacco, Rwenzori Turaco, Narina Trogon, and little Bulbul and so on.
