Fisi Camp Masai Mara

Fisi Camp Masai Mara is a small-budget safari camp located close to the Oloolaimutia Gate of the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The camp is about 4 km from the Oloolaimutia village and 1 km to the Oloolaimutia Gate.

This is a family-run camp based on eco-friendly principles minimizing waste and conserving natural resources. The Camp is located at one of the best safari game reserves in the world, and all tents boast views out over the great Mara plains from your private veranda. 

The Camp can be reached either by road or by air. The distance from Nairobi to Masai Mara is approximately 250 km. It takes around 5-6 hours by road while flying time takes about 45 minutes. 

Fisi Camp Masai Mara offers an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The Camp is located at one of the best safari game reserves in the world, and all tents boast views out over the great Mara plains from your private veranda.

The camp has 10 tents, each with a mosquito net, double socket, and verandah with chairs, and has magnificent views of the Masai Mara where guests can relax in the evening with a sundowner. The bathroom is en-suite with a flush toilet and hot shower. They are also equipped with a Towel and soap, slippers, hanging space, and a mosquito net.

The tents are clean and comfortable with en-suite facilities. Electricity for the tents is generated by solar power and all are fitted with a double socket for charging phones, batteries, etc. however the system is not powerful enough for hairdryers.

Our open-framed dining area is situated perfectly for you to watch the plains animals while you eat. Our experienced chefs will prepare for you a variety of delicious African and International cuisine, using fresh local produce. If you have any special dietary requirements let us know when booking and our chef will be happy to cater to you.

A wide selection of cold beers, wines, spirits, and sodas are offered at the fully stocked bar. Staff will be happy to serve you a cold beer after your game drive or a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

Fisi Camp Masai Mara activities include game drives, bush dinners, dull day hill walking, Maasai village visits, and photographic safaris.
