Alfajiri Cliff Villa Diani

Alfajiri Cliff Villa Diani is a 4-bedroom villa built in an airy Caribbean-style villa, located on the beautiful white sandy shores of the Indian Ocean at Diani Beach, approximately 35 kilometers south of Mombasa Town.

The villa features flowing fabrics and East African artifacts, carved Lamu doors and wooden beams reflect the region’s link with Asia.

The villa is considered by many as the finest Villa on the East Africa coast, the Cliff Villa overlooks the Indian Ocean and its elevated position ensures privacy and stunning view.

The large verandah with huge hand-carved sofas with cushions dominates the front of the villa; a stretch swimming pool sits on the edge of a small cliff merging into the sea and the horizon.

In Cliff Villa up to 9 guests can be accommodated in 4 spacious bedrooms, each having its own large bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned with mosquito nets (3 double rooms and 1 twin). 

As size and interior decor in the rooms differ, Cliff Villa is not suitable for 4 couples; it is the ideal solution for large families, groups of friends, or the ultimate romantic getaway. On the top floor is the Turret Suite, which is the best room and has been rated as the most romantic room on the African coast.

On the first floor, there are 2 double rooms with a shared private veranda. On the ground floor, there is 1 twin room. An extra bed can be added to the double room on the first floor.

Private dining is a la carte and is served al fresco or in the villa. Guests enjoy local and international dishes including seafood that are locally sourced. A variety of drinks including local and imported brands of alcohol are also served.

Activities in Alfajiri Cliff Villa Diani include golfing, village visits, deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, diving and diving courses, and kite surfing and kite courses.

Guests may also enjoy dhow excursion to the Kisite Marine National Park, Snorkeling to the coral reef using our Ngalawa, and visits to the Shimba Hills and Tsavo East National Park.

* Check-in time is 11h00 and check-out time is 10h00
* Clients leaving Alfajiri after lunch will be charged 30% of the daily rate
* Clients leaving Alfajiri after 15 hours will be charged 100% of the daily rate
* Clients requesting to check in before 11h00 will be charged for the night prior to arrival
* Transfer from Mombasa airport 250 US Dollars by Alfajiri SUV vehicles, maximum 4 passengers
*  Clients must take out comprehensive insurance cover before traveling for cancellation, medical expense, personal baggage, and money
*  Each guest will contribute a donation of 10 US Dollars per adult per night and 5 US Dollars per teenager/child per night to the Alfajiri Foundation

* Supplement 350 US Dollars per night, per person
* Minimum 7-night stay from 22 December to 6 January, inclusive
* Beach villa will be rented based on a minimum occupancy of 4 adults

Child Policy

* Infants Under 2 years stay free of charge
* Children 2 – 12 years at 350 US Dollars per night in their own room
* Teenagers 13 – 19 years at 450 US Dollars per night in their own room
* Two ayahs (nannies), who both speak English, are available 24 hours a day. Plenty of games are available and a TV and video if needed
* Alfajiri Beach Villa is the perfect place for families with small children who are looking for a relaxing time and to have their children well looked after, all in absolute privacy
