3 Days Severin Safari Camp Kitani Tsavo West Road Safari offers an opportunity for a short safari/ vacation or getaway for a wildlife viewing to Tsavo West National Park.

You can take a few days to escape from an Indian Ocean Beach Vacation in Mombasa, Kilifi, Watamu, Malindi, Funzi or Shimoni to bond with nature and enjoy wildlife creating a perfect vacationing experience.

Tsavo West National Park 3 Days/ 2 Nights Safari is designed to showcase the beauty of Tsavo West National Park where various activities are available including Game viewing, Cave exploration, Underwater Hippo and fish watching and Caving at the Shetani caves.

A variety of animals can be seen including Leopard, Cheetah, Wild dogs, Buffalo, Rhino, Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra, Lion, Crocodile, Mongoose, Hyrax, Dik-dik, Lesser Kudu, Nocturnal Porcupine and many more. The park has prolific birdlife over 450 species.

You can arrive in Mombasa the previous day or on the same day before the safari begins and make yourselves available at the hotel by 0700 Hours.

Mombasa airport arrival meets, greet and transfer service is optional and can be easily organized. If you would like to stay at beach hotels in Kenya, you can book accommodation or rooms with African Spice Safaris in advance to ascertain availability.

The safari returns back to Mombasa. You can also be dropped in Nairobi upon request.

This morning you will be picked up from your hotel residence at 0700 Hours and depart with your safari driver guide to Severin Safari Camp in Tsavo West National Park with a game drive on the route, arriving for a well prepared and tasty lunch menu.

Check in to your camp and relax in the lounge area with spectacular views of wildlife at the waterhole just 100 meters away.

Complete the day in Tsavo West National Park with a game drive and return to camp for dinner and overnight at Severin Safari Camp. Activities Included: Day game driving.

Day 2: Explore Tsavo West National Park

After an early wake-up call, a morning game drive is experienced.

Chief among Tsavo West National Park ranks the marvel of Mzima Springs, replenished with two hundred and twenty million litres of crystal-clear water every day, from the underground streams stemming from the lava massif known as the Chyulu Hills, 40-50 kilometres away.

Mzima forms a haven for a rich wildlife pageant with elephants soaking half immersed in the waters, light-footed but ponderous looking hippo, apparently weightless, tip-toeing across the bottom, crocodiles basking on the bank or swirling through the water; gazelles, zebra and giraffe wandering around the banks through the thick acacias and raffia palms together with hundreds of chattering monkeys and birds.

Another Afternoon game drive is planned.

Day 3: Tsavo West National Park – Drive to Mombasa

Morning game drive in the Park. Return to camp for breakfast. Check out from Severin Safari Camp, return to Mombasa arriving at your Mombasa beach hotel by lunch hour or early afternoon.
