Tarangire Treetops Lodge flying Safari package visits Tarangire National Park which is 74 miles from Arusha and is located on the eastern part of Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park.

Tarangire National Park is accessible by driving down the main road to Dodoma, passing the right hand junction leading to Lake Manyara, and making a left to the main Park entrance.

Tarangire National Park has the highest number of elephants in the whole of the Northern Tanzania Parks, exceeding Lake Manyara and Serengeti. There have also been a 550 bird species recorded in the Tarangire National Park, making a sure pleaser for any bird lover.

Tarangire National Park displays a diverse number of wildlife namely: elephant, lesser and great kudu, African buffalo, cheetah, fringe-eared Oryx, leopard, lion, Masai giraffe, spotted hyena, common zebra, white-bearded wildebeest, warthog, eland, olive baboon, bat-eared fox, impala, common waterbuck, bushbuck, coke's hartebeest, gerenuk, and bohor reedbuck.

Your accommodation will be at the elevated levels in a Baobab tree house called Tarangire Treetops Lodge.

Tarangire Treetops Lodge flying Safari Package Itinerary

Day 1: Kilimanjaro or Arusha Fly to Kuro Airstrip in Tarangire National Park
Fly from Arusha to Kuro Airstrip in Tarangire National Park. On arrival met and transferred to the Tarangire Treetops Camp with a game drive en-route. In the afternoon relax at the lodge and enjoy the available activities. Later in the evening enjoy a game drive in the Park the dinner and overnight at Tarangire Treetops Lodge.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park Game Drives
Morning and afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight at Tarangire Treetops Lodge.

Day 3 : Tarangire Transfer to Manyara – Fly Arusha
After breakfast, transferred to Kuro airstrip for return schedule flight to Arusha. On arrival at Arusha airstrip, met and transferred to an Arusha Hotel (lunch and/ or use of room will be at an extra cost).
