LODGE SAFARIS IN TANZANIA
(4 Days /3 Nights) NGORONGORO-TARANGIRE
This 4 Days safari features both Ngorongoro Crater
and Tarangire National Park. The Crater, a true wonder
of the natural world, famous for its sunken caldera
formed over a million years ago. Indigenous Masai,
their livestock as well as a startling variety of
plant, animal and bird life species, inhabit it in
harmony. Tarangire Park, on the other hand the main
refuge for wildlife from the surrounding part of the
Great Rift Valley during the dry season Accommodation
is at Sopa Lodges/Serena Lodges.

and Elephants (male’s only - no matriarchal

varying habitats. Dinner and overnight at the

in time for lunch. In the afternoon a ‘Spice’
game drive in this unique Park introduces you
to Tarangire - stretching over 20,000 square
kilometers with its vast number of baobab trees.
The Tarangire River acts as the lifeblood for
very large herds of elephant and buffalo, which
roam the land year round, coming down to the
river to bathe and quench their thirst. It is
an impressive sight to see herds of over 500
Elephants in one panoramic view. In the dry
season, Tarangire is quite magnificent when
migratory species return from the Masai steppe
in search of the Tarangire water. The Park boasts
the largest concentration of wildlife outside
the Serengeti ecosystem. It is also home to
the fringe eared Oryx, Gerenuk, Hartebeest and
Eland. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Meal
