Porini Rhino Camp Safari 3 Days 2 Nights takes you to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, the largest rhino conservancy in East Africa in a vast tract of wilderness within the Laikipia area, overlooking snow-capped Mount Kenya. Elephant, rhino, lion and leopard all present. Your accommodations will be at the Porini Rhino Camp - the newest Camps belonging to Porini Camps, opened July 2007 with six tents, located in the 90,000 acre Ol Pejeta Conservancy near Mt Kenya. All of the Big 5 are found here and this is the largest Black Rhino sanctuary in East Africa! Here you will escape from the crowds and experience the African wilderness without the presence of other tourist vehicles and with the personal attention of qualified safari guides.

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi Fly to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Fly from Wilson Airport in Nairobi to Nanyuki, arriving at 1240. You will be met at the airstrip and transferred to Porini Rhino Camp, located in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, in the foothills of Mount Kenya. Lunch and afternoon tea in camp and then head off to look for the afternoon game drive. Return to Porini Rhino Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Explore Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Full day in Ol Pejeta with game drives and walking activities from camp and a night game drive after dinner. Overnight Porini Rhino Camp.

Day 3 Ol Pejeta Conservancy fly to Nairobi

Depart Porini Rhino Camp and transfer to Nanyuki Airstrip for the flight back to Nairobi or on to the Mara.

* Exclusive use of vehicle 375 US Dollars Per Day. Afternoon departure after Lunch 45 US Dollars per person

* 4th child in tent is strongly discouraged due to limited space in tent and shower/toilet facilities

* Children sharing with 1 adult the adult pays single supplement and child pays 60%

* Each tent has a double & single bed, 3rd adult in tent charged at normal rate

* Children (8-16 years) each pay 60% if sharing with 2 adults

* 2 children sharing a tent pay 75% of adult rate each

* The camp is not suitable for children under 8 years
