Day 1: Nairobi Arrival
On the first day of your Kenya safari, you will be met on arrival in Nairobi. Transfer to your five-star Norfolk Hotel/Intercontinental Hotel/Serena Nairobi Hotel, assisted check-in, detailed briefing and then a day at leisure. Overnight at the Norfolk Hotel.

 

Day 2: Nairobi-Aberdare National Park, Ark Limited
After breakfast drive north with your expert driver/guide towards the lush foothills of the Aberdares Mountain Range to the Aberdares Country Club for lunch. The club has lovely gardens, views and a 9-hole golf course.
After lunch, transfer to Ark (light bags only) overlooking a waterhole and saltlick where the Big Five occasionally gather for an exhilarating night of wild encounters. The Ark comprises 4 decks from which numerous balconies and lounges provide superb vantage points for excellent game viewing on your Kenya safari. Overnight at the Ark. Meal Plan {B, L, D}

 

Day 3: Aberdare National Park, Ark-Sweetwater's
This morning on the third day of your Kenya safari, return to Aberdares Country Club and a spectacular drive across the equator take you to Sweetwater's Tented Camp. This beautiful camp with a unique game viewing platform lies in the heart of the private, 24000 acre wildlife reserve containing Giraffe, Zebra, Eland, Oryx, Waterbuck, Gazelle, Elephant, Buffalo, Cheetah, Lion, Silver-backed Jackals, Ostrich, Hartebeest, Baboon and Rhino.


The reserve is also home to the only Chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya. The luxuriously appointed en-suite tents have magnificent views across the plains to the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kenya. Day 4: Sweetwater's-Mount Kenya Safari Club
Today on your Kenya safari, takes you to the world famous Mount Kenya Safari Club, just after breakfast. On a clear day, you will see the magnificent Mount Kenya in its full splendor. The Club offers glorious views of the mountain and forest, delightful gardens, a 9-hole golf course and a splendid colonial style ambience with roaring log fires. Overnight at Mt Kenya Safari Club. . Day 5: Mount Kenya Safari Club-Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast on day 5 of your Kenya safari, drive to Nanyuki airstrip for your scenic flight over the spectacular Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The Mara Safari Club is positioned on the ox-bow of the Mara River, set in the Ol-Choro Oiroua conservation area, bordering the world renowned Masai Mara Game Reserve. The Camp takes advantage of a natural sweep in the river enabling it to be surrounded on three sides by water and all the tents are elevated on platforms ensuring a unique view! All the tents have 4-poster beds; verandah and modern en-suite facilities with magnificent views of the river frontage. The area is renowned for excellent game sightings, including large prides of Lion. Eclectic meals are served to the grunt of the Hippo.

In the afternoon, go on a superb ‘Spice’ game drive in 4x4 Land cruisers Upon returning to the camp in the evening you will be entertained by the Masai tribe. Game walks and bush dinners/ breakfast are optional. Overnight at Mara Safari Club. Meal Plan {B, L, D}

 

Day 6: Explore Masai Mara game Reserve
Early morning optional balloon ride with a Champagne-style breakfast or thrilling morning and afternoon ‘Spice’ game drives. Overnight at Mara Safari Club. Meal Plan {B, L, D}

Day 7: Maasai Mara- Nairobi-Depart
After breakfast on the last day in the Maasai Mara, fly to Nairobi and enjoy lunch at Carnivore. Optional day room and city tour /safari /beach extension. Meal Plan {B, L}.
