MASAI MARA- LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

Two memorable Days at the game filled plains of the Masai Mara Game Reserve, and one night at Lake Nakuru National Park, which is one of the world’s greatest bird spectacles. Other than the bird population of different species and especially flamingos that carpet the lake, the Park has its fair share of wildlife that includes the endangered black rhino.

Day 1. Nairobi-Masai Mara
After a leisure breakfast at your Nairobi Hotel, depart overland to the Masai Mara Game Reserve-jewel of Kenya's Game Park. This enormous Reserve actually part of the vast Serengeti plains is famously known for it's spectacular great wildebeest migration and is a true home of the big five-Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino and Cape Buffalo. After lunch, explore the Reserve on a late evening 'Spice' game drive. In the evening, we relax around the camp/lodge fire before an excellent dinner. Day 2. Explore the Masai Mara
The Masai Mara is one of the greatest wildernesses of the world. Morning and afternoon 'Spice' game drives are planned. Large mammals are varied, abundant and easy to see. Residents among the parks mammals are; Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Impala, Zebra, Topi, both the Thomson's and Grant's Gazelles. The best

    Day 3. Masai Mara-Lake Nakuru
    Depart Masai Mara after breakfast for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving Lake Nakuru Lodge/Lion Hill Lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon a ‘Spice’ game drive is planned. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approx 400 other species of birds visiting the lake. In addition, a large variety of game can be found in the Park including the introduced Rothschild's Giraffe, Black and White Rhino, Waterbuck, Reedbuck, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Baboon and many species of plains game.     Day 4. Lake Nakuru-Nairobi
    A morning ‘Spice’ game drive after breakfast, then depart for Nairobi to arrive early afternoon. Meal plan: {B}
