The 100-seat dining room with its attractive timber ceiling is on two levels and is situated in the main building overlooking the garden. Windows on three sides give guests an excellent view of the gardens leading down to the lake.

A full range of spirits, juices and liqueurs are served at the bar, as is red and white Naivasha Wine from nearby vineyards. The bar is open from 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

Boating - Boats are rented out on an exclusive basis per hour for bird watching, fishing trips and expeditions to Crescent Island. An 18-seater flat-decked cruiser sails every evening for a romantic sundowner cruise that combines a sumptuous sunset with exotic drinks.

Ideal for groups and small incentive parties, a full bar can be accommodated on board and cocktails and canapés served.

Bird watching - Naivasha has the highest concentration of Fish Eagle in the world and over 300 species of birds have been sighted on and around the lake. The guides have a wide knowledge of the birds and their habits.

Crescent Island - This is a private game sanctuary, which is home to zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, vervet monkeys, hares, genet cats and giraffe. The island is less than a 15 minute boat ride from the hotel. There are no fences and no predators and it is one of the few places in the world where one can wander on foot amongst the animals.
