Ikoma Wild Camp is a mid-range accommodation located in the buffer zone of the Serengeti Ecosystem between Grumeti and the Ikorongo Game reserve, Northwest of Serengeti. The camp is close to fort Ikoma gate and the Grumeti river offering the breathtaking sights of the Serengeti savannah.

The camp takes approximately an 8-10 hours drive from Arusha town from Arusha on a dry weather road through Makuyuni, Mtowambu, Karatu Area &Ngorongoro crater then 60 minutes flight from Arusha Airport to Seronera/ Grumeti Airstrip followed by a few minutes transfer to the camp.

The comfortable permanent camp consists of 10 huts/Boma and 15 spacious tents, well furnished with an ensuite bathroom. The camp is composed of round Bandas and comfortable Tents, well-raised tented rooms overlooking the sweeping Serengeti plains reflecting traditional building style with local woods and comfortable proximity.

Each unit has double- or single beds with mosquito nets, an en-suite bathroom, a reading table, and a veranda with chairs. Ikoma Wild camps allow you to enjoy the stunning view over the surrounding Savannah, which is full of wildlife throughout the year.

The unique and comfortable Camp offers Various contemporary amenities such as Dining & Bar Activities, internet, Swimming Pool, Wi-Fi, Sundowner cocktails to Bush meals at a private site, Serengeti Ikoma Multi-cuisine restaurant provide a memorable dining and Wildlife experience.

A  restaurant in the main building that serves different meals both continental and local cuisine meets guests’ appetites;  Continental breakfast, picnic lunch, and separate dining areas, they also serve indoor dinner options and bush barbecue diners while enjoying the stars in the sky. You can have meals from the venue of your choice.

A well-stocked bar/ lounge with a good selection of both soft and hard refreshments like beers, sodas, wines, water, etc, you relax on the balcony which is the perfect place as you sip the cocktail or any drink of your choice while enjoying the spectacular views over the endless Serengeti plains,  wildlife beast migration, and surrounding areas.

Activities available from the camp include; Bird Watching, Nature Walks, Acrobatic Shows, Game drives, Gift shops, hot air balloon rides, and Cultural Dances. During the evening u relax on terraces/ sundowners while overlooking the Serengeti sunset from distant hills.

Child Policy

* Maximum one child can share with two Adults
* Children aged 3 – 16 years (occupying own room) 70% of Adult Rate
* Child aged 3 -16 years (sharing with 01 fully paid adult) 50% of Adult Rate
* Child aged 3 – 16 years (sharing with 2 fully paid adults) 35% of Adult Rate
