Day 1 Nairobi arrival
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met assist and transfer to Hotel Intercontinental for overnight stay. Complimentary lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant after which you will be taken for a city tour of Nairobi which includes a visit to the Karen Blixen Museum and Giraffe centre.

Day 2 Nairobi – Mountain Lodge
After breakfast, depart for Mountain Lodge. Arrive at the lodge by lunchtime. This is a tree lodge in the heart of the mountain forest. The saltlick here attracts animals such as elephant and buffalo among many others. Overnight at Mountain Lodge / Treeops / Ark. Meal Plan { B, L, D }

 

Day 3 Mountain Lodge – Samburu Game Reserve
After breakfast, depart for Samburu Game Reserve set in the semi-arid area of North Kenya. Arrive by lunchtime. Afternoon ‘Spice’ game drive follows lunch. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge / Sarova Shaba. Meal Plan { B, L, D }

 

Day 4 Explore Samburu Game Reserve

Day 5 Samburu-Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, depart for a scenic drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, a bird and rhino sanctuary, and home to a variety of wildlife. The lake, which is a World Heritage Site, is famous for its vast numbers of pink flamingoes. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. A late afternoon ‘Spice’ game drive will allow you to see the many wild animals in the Park. You will also be taken to a cliff viewpoint overlooking the lake. Day 6 Lake Nakuru- Naivasha
After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, home to a variety of birds. Arrive at the club in time for lunch. You will be taken for a boat ride on the lake after lunch. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Country Club. Meal Plan {B, L, D}

 

Day 8 Lake Naivasha-Masai Mara
After breakfast, depart for a scenic drive to the world famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Stop enroute at the edge of the Rift Valley escarpment to see the stunning views. You will also see the Masai people on the way, who live largely unaffected by modern civilization. Check in at your safari lodge and enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will be taken for a comprehensive ‘Spice’ game drive in the Park. Spot lion, elephant, rhino, Cheetah and many more animals roaming wild on the Mara plains. Day 9 Explore Masai Mara
Today you will explore the great Masai Mara National Reserve. After /before breakfast, set off for your ‘Spice’ game drive. You may stop and walk at special sites such as the Mara river where you can get a closer look at hippo and crocodiles. Return to the lodge where you can enjoy a refreshing swim before your buffet lunch. Later in the afternoon, leave for another ‘Spice’gamedrive to explore another part of this famous reserve. Day 10 Masai Mara
After breakfast, depart for Nairobi. On arrival in Nairobi, transfer to the airport for one hour flight to Mombasa. On arrival in Mombasa, you will be transferred to your hotel.
