KENYA CONTRAST FAMILY SAFARI

 

Kenya is synonymous with big game and for good reason. With a land area almost two and a half times that of the United Kingdom the country has more than fifty national parks and game reserves. Many are known worldwide and offer the wildlife enthusiast the possibility of observing and capturing (on film) virtually all the large animal species of Africa as well as a myriad of smaller mammals and a wealth of bird species.

 

Day 1 Nairobi arrival
An overnight stay in Nairobi will give you a chance to explore this colorful city or to catch up on sleep after a long flight. Overnight at the New Stanley Hotel.

 

Day 2/4 Nairobi- Lewa Downs
The morning flight to Lewa Downs brings you to a scenic semi-arid game sanctuary where the opportunity to walk and take game drives with highly experienced guides will introduce you to the nature of Africa. Night drives are another highlight at Lewa.Overnight at Lewa Safari Camp.

 

Day 5/6/7 Lewa- Masai Mara
The flight into the Masai Mara is along the Rift Valley, past volcanoes and lakes. These plains are rich with game - elephant, lion, hyena, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and many, many more. Your 3 night stay at Governor's Tented Camp will ensure great game viewing and you will love the tented safari experience. Overnight at Governors Camp Masai Mara.

 

Day 8/9/10 Masai Mara- Kenya Coast Mombasa
Connecting flights through Nairobi bring you to the Kenya coast and your 3 night stay at the Mombasa Serena Beach Hotel.

 

Day 11 Mombasa- Nairobi
You will be transferred to the airport in time for your scheduled flight to Nairobi where your onward connection will end your safari in Kenya.
