Day 1, 2 & 3: Arrive in Nairobi – Transfer to Wilson – Fly to the Masai Mara Game Reserve

On arrival into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by an African Spice Safaris representative who will transfer you to Wilson Airport for the Safarilink scheduled flight to Mara departing at 1000 Hours.

On arrival at the Mara North Airstrip, your driver/ guide will meet you and transfer you to camp. Accommodation is booked for 3 nights on a full board basis.

Elephant Pepper Camp is a small and exclusive safari camp, situated in the heart of the Masai Mara’s protected Mara North Conservancy.

The camp looks out across the Mara’s vast open savannah plains. Our spacious canvas tents are comfortably furnished, featuring solar lighting, and en suite bathrooms with flush toilets and traditional safari showers. Elephant Pepper Camp brings people back to nature – no traffic, no permanent structures, just the sights and sounds of the African bush.

Day 4, 5, 6, 7: Masai Mara – Fly to Ukunda Mombasa South Coast

After an early lunch, at 1300 Hours you will be transferred to the airstrip for the Mombasa air schedule flight to Ukunda departing at 1400 Hours. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Kinondo Kwetu. Accommodation is booked for 4 nights on a full board basis. All extras are payable direct.

Home to Ida and Filip Andersson, a Swedish family related to the famed Baron Blixen, Kinondo Kwetu is often described as a ‘home away from home’ - a paradise for those wanting a more personal experience on the Kenyan coast.

Located on a tranquil private beach south of Diani, Kinondo Kwetu is classified as a ‘Kaya’ area (protected by the National Museum) due to its surrounding holy forests and sacred land. Kinondo’s various forms of accommodation are all surrounded by green shady gardens, and just a few steps from the white sandy beach.

In addition to relaxing in the sun and swimming in the Indian Ocean, Kinondo Kwetu offers a range of activities– from water-sports such as kite surfing, deep sea fishing and scuba diving, to land activities such as game drives, horse riding and Yoga Weeks.

Day 8: Mombasa – Fly to Nairobi – Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport

At 1500 Hours, you will be transferred to the airstrip for the 1600 Hours Safarilink scheduled flight back to Wilson. Arriving at 1720 Hours, an African Spice Safaris representative will meet and transfer you either for dinner before your international flight, or direct to the international airport for your journey home.
