7 Days/ 6 Nights Kenya Flying Safari explores Two of Kenya's most well-known National Parks - the Amboseli and the Masai Mara. This is a 7 day fly in safari.

The small and elegant Tortilis Camp its stunning views across the plains to Mount Kilimanjaro. will host you for three nights. Amboseli is home to some of the biggest elephants in Africa which can be viewed from game drives or guided walking trips.

A light aircraft will then fly you across the famous plains of the Masai Mara and to Elephant Pepper Camp for a further 3 night stay. The activities available include game drives, village and school visits, sundowners and guided bush walks.

7 Days/ 6 Nights Kenya Flying Safari Detailed Itinerary

Day 1, 2 & 3: Arrive in Nairobi – Transfer to Wilson – fly to Amboseli National Park

On arrival into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by an African Spice Safaris representative who will transfer you to Wilson Airport. You will take the 0815 Hours Safarilink flight to Amboseli.

You will be collected from the airstrip and taken to Tortilis Camp, where you will be greeted by the beauty of Africa’s largest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. Accommodation is booked for 3 nights on a full board basis.

Amboseli is best known for its unrivalled views of Kilimanjaro, and its large elephant population. Tortilis Camp is named after the flat-topped, umbrella thorn tree, the Acacia Tortilis, and is situated in one of Amboseli's areas of Acacia Tortilis woodland, with the majestic backdrop of Africa's highest mountain, and the World’s highest free-standing mountain, snow-capped Kilimanjaro.

Game drives, walks, sundowners and bush meals take place both inside the Park, and within the camp’s private 30,000 acre game concession. Tortilis Camp’s tents are all large and spacious, with elegant en suite bathrooms. There is a main lounge, bar and dining area, all exquisitely built with natural materials and thatched roofs, with magnificent views of Kilimanjaro.

Day 4, 5 7 6: Amboseli – fly to Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for the 09h05 Safarilink scheduled flight to Wilson where you will connect with the scheduled flight to the Masai Mara departing at 1000 Hours.

On arrival you will be met by a representative from Elephant Pepper Camp who will transfer you to the camp with game viewing en route. Accommodation is booked for 3 nights on a full board basis.

Elephant Pepper Camp is a small and exclusive safari camp, situated in the heart of the Masai Mara’s protected Mara North Conservancy. The camp looks out across the Mara’s vast open savannah plains.

Our spacious canvas tents are comfortably furnished, featuring solar lighting, and en suite bathrooms with eco-friendly flush toilets and traditional safari showers. Elephant Pepper Camp brings people back to nature – no traffic, no permanent structures, just the sights and sounds of the African bush.

Day 7: Masai Mara – fly to Nairobi – Transfer to JKIA, Depart

After a last game drive in the Masai Mara, at 1000 Hours you will transferred to the airstrip to catch the 11h00 Safarilink flight back to Nairobi. Arriving at 1215 Hours, an African Spice Safaris representative will meet and transfer you to your Nairobi hotel or to the international airport for your journey home.
